Entry and Exit:
HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO MY UNIT?
With Hero Self Storage, you can enter the facility and your container using just your mobile phone. Before your move-in date, you will receive a text message to your mobile phone with instructions on how to set this up. We are available to help you with any queries on 08431229325.
WHY WON’T THE GATE OPEN FOR ME?
Contact us on 08431229325 for assistance.
*Please note the gate is automated; do not push or pull it

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
We are open 24/7, 365 days a year, at our sites at Brookwood 24/7 & Pirbright.
Our Brookwood site is open 8am-5pm weekdays and 8am-12pm Saturdays.

Packing and Unloading my stuff:
WILL THERE BE ANY EMPLOYEES ON SITE WHEN I ARRIVE?
Unless you have previously arranged to meet a member of our team on-site, there are unlikely to be any employees on-site when you arrive.

IS THERE ANYONE ON SITE TO HELP ME UNLOAD OR LOAD MY STUFF?
You should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself.
ARE THERE ANY STEPS TO ENTER THE FACILITY?
The site is at ground level with no steps.
HOW CLOSE CAN I PARK TO MY UNIT?
You can park directly outside your container to unload. Please be mindful of not blocking access to your neighbour's container.
ARE THERE ANY DOLLYS OR TROLLEYS AT THE SITE TO AID WITH UNLOADING/PACKING?
You will need to organise your own assistance if required.
I NEED BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. DO YOU SELL THEM?
You will need to organise your own packing materials and/or boxes if required.

Moving out:
I WANT TO MOVE OUT AND/OR CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
The quickest way to move out is to log into your Hero Self Storage account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us on 08431229325.
I WANT TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY. CAN I GET A REFUND ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE?
You can move out at any time. However, payments are made monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
